Solar System Installations

Training on installations of our systems is provided free of charge through our distributors. The SP501 solar collector is the simplest and quickest solar panel to install. It arrives fully assembled and with practice can be installed in 15-20 minutes. As the SP501 solar thermal panel is one of the most powerful solar panels in the world and the lowest cost installation, it gives your customer the best product with significant savings on installation. Below is a picture gallery to show you how quick, simple and easy it is to install an SP501 Solar Thermal Panel.

1. Bracketing included including stainless steel mounting bolts   2. You can install on any roof type   3. Finding the timber beams is all that is required  
4. Locate the cross timber and main beam junction   5. Chalk mark the mounting point   6. Translate the chalk onto the tile when repositioned  
7. Drill the tile first and the timber pilot hole second   8. Insert the stainless bolt (4 per collector)   9. Screw well into the timber beam  
10. Secure the watertight seal against the tile   11. All bolts now in place (4 per collector)   12. Attach the stainless steel collector bracket to the bolt  
13. Now all 4 brackets are in place   14. Take the collector out of the box   15. The sliding mounting bolts are already in the collector structure (4)  
16. Drop the collector onto the mountings   17. Attach the locking nuts   18. Tighten the collector nuts  
19. Installation is simple and fast (15-20 mins)   20. SP501 collectors should have temp control installed due to very high temperatures possible   21. System can outperform all regular collectors up to as much as 4 times  
22. Joining collectors together is simple and fittings provided   23. Plumbing parts in the box   24. Special taper fittings are provided to deal with the very high temperatures  
25. Just insert and tighten   26. Don't forget to double insulate   27. Smaller powerful collectors don't dominate your roof.
