Grant payments and approvals are subject to ongoing adjustment and clarification from SEAI. The scheme is not guaranteed as clearly stated by SEAI, is on a first come first served basis, is subject to change and available funds; and everybody should only assume they will get a grant by going through a formal application process. This is the only way someone is guaranteed a grant payment verified by a confirmation of same from SEAI directly that you have been approved. This information is designed to help you determine if you are likely to be approved but is only a guide without guarantee.
